Order Culture LLC ("we," "us") provides online ordering, loyalty, gift-card, and marketing services to restaurants. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

When you place an order or create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, order details, and payment confirmation (payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card number). If you join a loyalty program, we store your points balance and tier. If you choose to provide it, we may store your birthday (month and day) to send you a birthday reward.

How we use your information

We use your information to process and fulfill orders, operate loyalty and gift-card programs, provide customer support, send transactional messages (such as order confirmations) as part of the service you requested, and — only where you have given consent — send marketing messages by email or SMS.

SMS / text messaging

We send text messages only to customers who opt in during account signup or checkout. Messages include order confirmations, pickup and delivery updates, gift-card delivery, and occasional promotional offers. Message frequency varies based on your orders and activity, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or get help by replying HELP.

We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging (SMS) consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

How we share information

We share information only with service providers that help us operate the service — for example, Stripe (payment processing), Twilio SendGrid (email delivery), Twilio (SMS delivery), and DoorDash (delivery) — and with the specific restaurant you ordered from so it can prepare and deliver your order. These providers may only use the information to perform services on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information.

Data retention & your choices

We retain order and account information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You may request access to or deletion of your information, or unsubscribe from marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in our emails, by replying STOP to texts, or by contacting us.
